Is the Real Estate Market Ever Coming Back?

Maybe you heard about it, the patient received a “CodeBlue”. The doctors and nurses rushed in with the crash cart but could not revive him The patient is now being wheeled into the morgue with a big toe tag that reads America’s Real Estate Boom. People who were close to Mr. Boom told him that the good times could not last and that his lifestyle would eventually kill him, but alas Mr. Boom scoffed, did not listen, and now is he is DEAD.
But, wait…..is that a heartbeat after all? Is there some sign of life? Surely this patient’s inability to heed the warnings of many has led to his untimely demise. He deserves to die, but…but…. I think there is a pulse.
Luckily here in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, the rumors of “our” death have been greatly exaggerated. We continue to be a great place to live, work, and play. The vital signs you will see here are those of a thriving diverse economy and a community growing and expanding.
If you are planning a trip here, and many thousands do each year, call me and I can give you a hundred reasons why we continue to be referred to by many as the best place to live on earth. Let me help you find your piece of it.
